Computer Drama

I’ve had some computer drama.    A lot of “go slow”, a lot of frustration for me.  I wondered what was happening and tried to resolve it myself, but, though I made a difference, I was not happy with it.

How to reduce the Computer Drama?

I did everything I could think of!!!  I even removed thousands of photos from my computer.  Moved them to a hard drive.  Not sure it made any difference….  And I can’t live/survive without a working computer.

Who could help me?  It was getting all too hard, so in the end, out of desperation, I contacted Geeks2U.

I phoned them yesterday, and made an appointment for 8 am today.  8.05 and no one was here, but a short time later the man appeared.  He spent almost an hour – checking a few things, removing some malware etc.   He didn’t like my mouse (my favourite bamboo one), and there appears to be a problem with my internet dongle.  I’ll have to sort that out by myself.  But he has made a BIG DIFFERENCE.  My computer is almost normal again.

Thank you Geeks2U.

10 days Behind

My biggest problem now is that I am 10 days behind in some of my writing.  The Ultimate Blog Challenge – can I catch up???

I have participated in the challenge on several occasions, but always seem to be able to NOT meet the deadline!  Can I this time?  I also have other writing commitments too.  Eek!!

Middle of January …… Already!

Time is flying by so quickly.  Even young people are commenting.  It feels like only a few days ago we were celebrating Christmas and New Year?  I think the problem is that we are all doing too much.  Not enough relaxation/rest. Now I wonder when I will be able to fit some of that into my busy life too.

More Coffee Needed!!

So with most of my computer drama issues resolved, I need to drink more coffee and keep on with my 2018 To Do List.
